You hear it all the time, eat protein! Eat meat! Get bigger by eating more meat. 

Who do you hear these things from? You hear that from your friends, gym buddies, ads, teachers, fitness coaches and others.

Why do people think you need meat? Becuase the meat and dairy industry has brainwashed us to think we need red meat, protein powders, and chicken as well as cheese and milk!! The meat and dairy industry has a huge impact on the ads that everyone sees 's. There forward EVERYONE THINKS WE NEED MEAT!!

I am here to tell you YOU DON'T need EXCESSES amounts of MEAT! Now you might be thinking, hold up, V, who are you to say this? I've been thinking this my whole life, I'm not going to stop consuming chicken to build my muscles!

I am someone who's taking a nutrition class and someone who eats a mostly plant-based diet! And I have muscles!! I listened to a three-hour lecture about how we don't need as much meat as we think to be healthy!! Trust me, I have your back! 

Note that consuming 45% or more of protein has the effect of weak bones, kidney stones, cancer, heart disease, and obesity.

EAT LESS MEAT! The underlined fact is that you will live longer if you eat less meat! FACT! Make sure you get the amount of protein that is recommended for you but find other ways to get it that isn't revolved around meat!
