Smoothies are my favorite. They are a great breakfast and snack. I have them at least twice a week. I thought I'd share a couple of my favorite and most used smoothie combinations. Keep in mind that I don't measure anything. It's up to you to decide how much of an ingredient you wany you add. 

Frozen mango + banana + spinach + almond milk

Frozen Banana + spinach + almonds + almond milk

Frozen Blueberries + banana + greek yogurt + almond milk

Frozen pineapple + banana + almond milk

Frozen banana + cocoa powder + almond milk
